Welcome to ST Group

Based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, ST Group is a group of construction companies with over 25 years of experience and consists of three subsidiaries: Struktur Tegap Sdn Bhd, ST Berjaya Sdn Bhd and ST Unity Sdn Bhd. Struktur Tegap Sdn Bhd (STSB) is our primary business entity.

STSB was established in 1999. STSB is a G7 Bumiputera Contractor Company registered under the Malaysia’s Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB). Our company has been appointed as a rescue contractor by the Ministry of Works (KKR) for government abandoned projects. In 2018, STSB received ISO 9001: 2015 certification and was awarded a 3-Star Certificate of Achievement by SME Corp and CIDB for exceptional project management. Our company has been granted a permit by Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (SPAN) to perform construction, installation, or modification tasks on water supply or sewerage systems. Our areas of specialization include civil engineering, building construction, and facility management, with a primary focus on infrastructure projects.

Our Directors
ST Group of Construction Companies is led by two gentlemen, namely En. Abdul Halim Bin Abdul Kudus and Mr. Sim Wei Kiat. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, both En. Halim and Mr. Sim initially worked together as colleagues in a construction company. Subsequently, they established our primary company, Struktur Tegap Sdn Bhd (STSB), to handle subcontract works and collaborate on projects with their former company.
En. Halim earned his BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Salford University and has worked in the construction industry since 1996. He has been involved in a wide range of projects, including infrastructure works, residential buildings, office blocks, schools, and the rehabilitation of abandoned housing projects across the country. He manages the administrative, technical, and commercial aspects of the company and is primarily responsible for STSB’s business strategies and overseeing construction activities.
Mr. Sim manages the company’s procurement and project department and was in charge of the technical aspects of all the construction projects undertaken by the company. Mr. Sim began his career in the construction industry at a young age to assist in his family’s construction business.
Due to shared interests, our directors both aspired to take our group of construction companies to new heights of success by taking on larger-scale projects and exploring the possibility of diversifying and entering other areas of the construction industry.

Our Vision

Our primary company, Struktur Tegap, is where our group name, ST, originates. The original idea was to construct strong structures, or “Tegap” in Malay, for all of the building projects we have undertaken. Our goal was to become a reputable and trustworthy contractor that would guarantee that all projects are finished on schedule, within budget, and with the highest possible level of quality.
